Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2-3/4 mango (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup soy milk (can use other liquid of choice)
1 tablespoon macadamias
150 ml refrigerated/frozen Liquid Gold Beef Bone Broth
Top with shaved coconut and fresh raspberries.
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a blender, pour and serve.

Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
150 ml Liquid Gold beef bone broth (natural collagen source)
100 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (source of pro-biotics)
1 tablespoon resistant starch fiber (an important type of fiber many of us lack on a daily basis)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz.
2. Pour into glass and enjoy.

Ingredients
3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
100 ml unsweetened soy milk
150 ml Liquid Gold beef bone broth
Small handful of baby spinach
1 tablespoon psyllium husk (for extra soluble fiber)
Method
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz.
2. Pour into a cup and enjoy for breakfast or for a snack or as a post work out.
