Berry Smoothie Ingredients 3/4 cup mixed frozen berries 100 ml unsweetened soy milk 150 ml Liquid Gold beef bone broth Small handful of baby spinach 1 tablespoon psyllium husk (for extra soluble fiber) Method 1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz. 2. Pour into a cup and enjoy for breakfast or for a snack or as a post work out.
