Chicken and Corn Soup
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 grams chicken breast, thinly sliced
4 cups Liquid Gold Chicken Bone Broth
420 grams creamed corn
310 grams corn kernels drained
2 tablespoons cornflower
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoon water
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 shallots, sliced
Method:
1. Heat oil in pan, brown chicken. Add bone broth. creamed corn, and corn kernels, bring to boil, stirring
2. Stir in combined cornflour, cream and water, simmer, until thickened
3. Gradually stir in egg, add shallots
