Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2-3/4 mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk (can use other liquid of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon macadamias
  • 150 ml refrigerated/frozen Liquid Gold Beef Bone Broth
  • Top with shaved coconut and fresh raspberries.

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender, pour and serve.
