Delicious Beef Pho


  • 500 ml Liquid Gold Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
  • 120 grams fresh rice noodles or zucchini noodles
  • 80 grams baby Bok Choy, washed, chopped
  • 100 gram beef eye fillet, cooked and very thinly sliced
  • Fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, sliced red chili, sliced green spring onions and beans sprouts to serve

1. Place liquid gold bone broth and sauce in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.

2. Add noodles and Bok Choy. Simmer for a further 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cooked, sliced beef

3. Serve topped with coriander, mint, chili, onions
and beans sprouts
