Chicken Gravy

  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 220 ml Liquid Gold Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a small pot over medium heat melt butter
  2. Once melted, add cornflower or tapioca flour and whisk together until its well combined and smooth.
  3. Continue to whisk mixture and slowly pour in the bone broth
  4. Add the seasonings and continue to whisk until the mixture begins to thicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and pour into a gravy boat to serve
