- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 220 ml Liquid Gold Chicken Bone Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a small pot over medium heat melt butter
- Once melted, add cornflower or tapioca flour and whisk together until its well combined and smooth.
- Continue to whisk mixture and slowly pour in the bone broth
- Add the seasonings and continue to whisk until the mixture begins to thicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and pour into a gravy boat to serve
