Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 100 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 150 ml Liquid Gold beef bone broth
  • Small handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk (for extra soluble fiber)

Method

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz.

2. Pour into a cup and enjoy for breakfast or for a snack or as a post work out.
