
Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
- 100 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 150 ml Liquid Gold beef bone broth
- Small handful of baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk (for extra soluble fiber)
Method
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blitz.
2. Pour into a cup and enjoy for breakfast or for a snack or as a post work out.
