- 1 packet acai
- 200 ml beef bone broth (cold)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/4 cup almond, coconut or soy milk
- 1/2 cup berries (frozen)
- Toppings: Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries), coconut chips, chia seeds. Can add muesli, nuts or other fruit
1. Add the following to a blender; acai, bone broth, yogurt, banana, milk, berries and blitz.
2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
