Acai Bowl with Liquid Gold

Serves 1:


  • 1 packet acai
  • 200 ml beef bone broth (cold)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup almond, coconut or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup berries (frozen)
  • Toppings: Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries), coconut chips, chia seeds. Can add muesli, nuts or other fruit


1. Add the following to a blender; acai, bone broth, yogurt, banana, milk, berries and blitz.

2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
